Saint Francis HealthCare Partners (SFHCP) focuses on improving the quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability of healthcare in Connecticut through the collaboration of Saint Franics-affiliated physicians, the Hospital and insurance payors.

Our mission and vision continue to evolve to address new healthcare dynamics and to better meet our members needs.

Services currently provided include: clinical integration; contract management; credentialing; quality network management; information technology (IT) strategies and systems such as Allscripts Vision and Allscripts Enterprise EHR; educational sessions; medical reviews; payor contract management and community outreach.

SFHCP's priority is to deliver new products and services that demonstrate value for the future growth of all of its partners.
